The Houston branch of Cushman Wakefield was looking for a unique way to present their eight property, commercial real estate portfolio. The firm's goal was provide a simple, 'one-stop' site for their clients to learn more about the properties and get in touch with sales staff.

thingsthatarebrown, llc structured the content in a concise, 'mini-site' format to ensure that it was accessible and easy-to-read. The site was built in XHTML/CSS and makes use of Javascript animations to enhance the 'seamlessness' of the site presentation.
